Overview

The Board of NJHIMA is pleased to invite you to participate in our 2010 Annual Meeting to be held June 16-18 at Trump Taj Mahal Casino Hotel in Atlantic City. We are confident the Trump Taj Mahal provides both the attendees and the exhibitors with attractive meeting space, reasonable guest room rates and many opportunities for evening events.

The theme for the 2010 meeting is ‘gardening’; the title for the meeting is:
“HIM – A Profession With Growing Opportunities”.

NJHIMA has made some important changes and would like to reinforce the following information:

The 2010 meeting is being expanded to include a Coding Track. This Track will begin on Wednesday evening, June 16^th. That evening, during the educational sessions, there will be a tabletop vendor showcase – limited to the first fifteen (15) exhibitor registrations. The showcase will be in the Tiara Ballroom as part of the educational sessions.

The fee includes one ticket for the buffet dinner, you may purchase additional tickets to the buffet dinner. Exhibitors who wish to participate in both the Wednesday evening showcase and the exhibit hall will have ample time on Thursday morning to set up their booth display in the exhibit hall. We suggest exhibitors who have coding specific software, materials or services consider this additional opportunity. If we receive more than 15 registrations, we will notify you of your rank and advise if additional space becomes available.
We will be preparing badges with the exhibitor representatives names. Please make every effort to provide us with the names of your representatives by June 1^st.
Based on the number of exhibitor representatives we have had at the reception in the past years, we have changed the number of tickets included with the booth registration to:

Single booth: 2 tickets to Thursday reception

Double booth: 4 tickets to Thursday reception

Please purchase reception tickets only if you require more tickets than what is included.

The Thursday reception will have a one (1) hour open bar, one (1) hour cash bar; hot and cold stations and hors d’ouvers.

NJHIMA will schedule exhibit hall only time, an exhibitor game to encourage traffic in the exhibit hall, exhibitor raffles and the Silent Auction to benefit the Scholarship Fund.

Exclusive Exhibit Time	Education sessions and meal events are scheduled so there are a minimum of four hours exclusive exhibit time.	The buffet and breaks are scheduled for exclusive exhibit time.

Convention Services

NJHIMA has contracted with Vista Convention Services for handling the exhibit hall set up, to receive and deliver your shipments and to provide optional services and supplies that you may wish to order. Registered exhibitors will receive the link to download the exhibitor kit upon receipt of payment.

Exhibitors can transport only wheeled booth displays to exhibit hall.

Vista Convention Services will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing all advanced shipments and large displays received onsite.

Electrical Connection

Please indicate if you need an 110 volt outlet to be provided by NJHIMA. Additional electrical needs can be ordered via the form included in the exhibitor kit available online. Registered exhibitors will receive the link to download the exhibitor kit.

Internet Access and Phone

Internet Access can be ordered through the Taj Mahal, the form is included in the exhibitor kit.

If you would like phone or Internet connection at your booth, information will be included in your exhibitor kit. Registered exhibitors will receive the link to download the exhibitor kit by receipt of payment.

Trump Taj Mahal has high speed wireless internet access (ICOA) for all meeting space. Fees and additional information will be provided in the exhibitor kit.

NJHIMA Scholarship Donation

NJHIMA extends the opportunity to make a donation to the NJHIMA scholarship fund. All donations are listed in the meeting program. If you are interested in donating, please complete the applicable section on the exhibitor registration page.

Booth Decoration Contest

First Place- will receive a $100.00 credit towards 2011 meeting.

Second and Third Place- $75 credit towards 2011 meeting

Security

NJHIMA has hired security for the duration of the meeting. Continuous coverage from Wednesday June 16th at 3 p.m. through Friday June 18th at 3 p.m. However, exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless NJHIMA, the hotel, their agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. NJHIMA reserves the right to request and vendor agrees to provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

Continuing Education Credits

There is a discounted meeting registration fee for exhibitors who wish to attend educational sessions. Registration for educational sessions is separate from the exhibitor registration process.
