Overview
The
Board of NJHIMA are pleased to invite you to participate in our 2008
Annual Meeting to be held June 19 and
20th, at
Bally's Atlantic City in Atlantic City.
We are confident that Bally's and Atlantic City will provide both the
attendees and exhibitors with attractive meeting space, reasonable guest room
rates and exciting opportunities for evening events.
The
title for the 2008 meeting is "HIM
- On Top of Its Game".
We will
be decorating with a game show theme. We hope you will participate by
decorating your booth as your favorite
game show in keeping with our theme.
We do ask that all exhibitors go to the website to register this year. You will
have the option to pay by credit card via the website or pay by check; however,
we will only accept registrations via the website this year.

Security
NJHIMA has hired security for the duration of the meeting. Continuous coverage
from Wednesday June 18th at 3 p.m. through Friday
June
20th at 3 p.m. However,
exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and
claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will
indemnify, defend and hold harmless NJHIMA, the hotel, their agents, servants
and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. NJHIMA reserves
the right to request and vendor agrees to provide a certificate of insurance
upon request.
Continuing Education
Credits
There is a discounted meeting registration fee for exhibitors who wish to attend
educational sessions. Registration for educational sessions is separate from
the exhibitor registration process.

Exhibit Hall Set-Up
Set-Up
NJHIMA has contracted
with Hargrove, Inc. for
handling the exhibit
hall set up, to receive
and deliver your
shipments and to provide
optional services and
supplies that you may
wish to order.
Registered exhibitors
will receive the link to
download the exhibitor
kit by April 15th.

The procedure for moving exhibit booths into Bally's is as follows:
Hotel guests
that are also
exhibitors can
unload their
vehicles and
small boxes
through valet
and bellmen
staff. (Limit 3
boxes)
Bally's valet is
not permitted to
drive an
exhibitor's car
to the sixth
floor for
unloading.
Unloading must
go through
Hargrove,
Inc.
Hargrove, Inc.
will be
responsible for
receiving,
storing and
distributing all
advanced
shipments.
Electrical
If you need more
electricity than the
standard 110volt
provided by NJHIMA,
information will be
included in your
exhibitor kit.
