The Board of NJHIMA
invites you to the 2008
NJHIMA ANNUAL MEETING at
Bally’s Atlantic City
June 19-20, 2008. Our
theme this year is Game
shows – “HIM ON TOP OF
ITS GAME”.
The online registration
process is simple and
payment can be made via
credit card or credit
card. We have expanded
the required employer
information fields for
attendee registration to
provide the Committee
and our exhibitors with
more information.
Our
program this year offers
registrants up to 11 CE
credits, including one
CE credit for visiting
the exhibitor booths.
Our program includes
presentations addressing
the external forces
challenging the industry
as well as a panel
discussion on
transitioning to the EHR.
Also offered are topics
in management and long
term care. Friday
offers a choice between
two 1.5 hour morning
sessions, concurrent
sessions and an
informative presentation
on RACs. There will be
an NJHIMA Business
Meeting on Thursday to
provide members with an
update on the
Association.
As we
have done in previous
years, coffee/afternoon
breaks will be held in
the exhibit hall and the
buffet/cocktail
reception on Thursday
evening will allow for
all attendees and
exhibitor
representatives to
socialize and network.
The
Silent Auction will also
be continued. All
donations to the Silent
Auction are welcome and
the proceeds go towards
the Scholarship Fund.
You can register your
donated item on line
during the registration
process or contact Joyce
Matheson via the
‘contact us’ tab.
Please
consider making a
donation to the
Scholarship Fund which
can be made on line.
Donations to the
Scholarship Fund can
also be made at the
Annual Meeting. If you
have any questions,
please direct them to
Marion Gentul via the
‘contact us’ tab.
Please
book your hotel room
early!! You can view
the Bally’s website from
the link provided on the
registration site.
NJHIMA will again have
security around the
clock and only
registered participants
with name badges and
tickets will be admitted
to the sessions and meal

to accommodate on site

We are
looking forward to
