The Assistant Director, HIM assists the Director of Health Information Management in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the Health Information Management function to meet the needs of the Medical Center, medical staff and patients. S/he is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc. Requirements:
